1 – Technical Office :-
our technical office can help contractors in production of workshop drawings and coordination drawings for architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical works using 3 D modeling, this will enable contractors to enhance the quality and accuracy of the design and hence reduce cost and duration of projects execution.
using BIM we can serve our project stakeholders to visualize the final result before it’s built. This makes it easier to make design decisions, approve concepts, and communicate the project vision to clients.
In summary, BIM optimizes project outcomes by enhancing collaboration, reducing errors and costs, improving design accuracy, and fostering sustainability. It’s a transformative technology that is reshaping how construction projects are delivered.

Our project management office (PMO) acts with our clients to define, maintain, and ensure project management standards across their projects. It serves as a hub for project-related activities, providing governance, support, and tools to ensure that projects align with the organization’s strategic goals. our PMO will support the clients project managers in the following aspects:
• by offering resources such as templates, tools, training, and guidance on project management best practices.
• defining the project scope, develop detailed project plans that outline all the tasks, dependencies, resources, and deadlines.
• estimate costs, develop a budget, and allocate resources efficiently to stay within financial limits.
• risk management by identifying potential risks early in the project and create strategies to mitigate them, managing issues as they arise.
• support on performance Reporting based on the collected data on project performance, track metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management and clients to ensure that projects are aligned with the company’s goals and resources.
• change management and change control.
